COS Kids is a finalist to win a $25,000 grant from State Farm.Starting today, Wednesday, September 23, U.S. residents who are 18 and older with a valid email address can vote up to 10 times a day for their favorite cause at www.neighborhoodassist.com. The contest ends October 2 and winners will be announced November 4. This is one of the few times you really can and should vote often.
